Villa Favorita has always had its roots in wine. A Marsala wine house for seventy years, today it welcomes in its wine cellar a selection that tells the story of Sicily and the world: from bottles of Marsala DOC to the great Italian and international wines. A dedicated room, a curated list, and the experience of the territory in every glass.
The space
The room
An intimate room of twenty seats, contemporary in design and Sicilian in spirit. The walls hold the bottles as if they were paintings: every label, a story. The table transforms according to the tasting: a single shared table for close-knit groups, separate stations for small circles, a standing counter for quick tastings. The space follows the experience.

Our wine list is born in Marsala and reaches the world. Four levels of selection tell a journey: from the heritage of Marsala DOC, to the great wines of Sicily, up to the national and international labels we have chosen to dialogue with our territory.

Three journeys to choose from, platters of Sicilian products, and an intimate wine cellar where every bottle has a reason.

A culinary journey with a live cooking show: the fortified wines of our territory pair with some of the most typical sweets of the city of Marsala. Cassatelle, biscotti regina, almond pastries and cannoli tell the story of Sicilian pastry in dialogue with Marsala DOC.

Booking the tasting
The wine cellar of Villa Favorita is open to hotel guests and external visitors. The tastings take place by reservation, to ensure an intimate and well-curated experience. Write to us with the date, the number of participants and the journey you're interested in: we'll confirm availability.

The wine cellar of Villa Favorita can become the heart of your event. A welcome wine before a ceremony, an exclusive tasting for an important birthday, a wine team-building for a company. The dedicated room holds up to twenty people in an intimate format, and integrates with the other spaces of the Villa for larger events.

The ideal space for intimate business meetings, partner gatherings, presentations to selected clients. An intimate room of twenty seats, where the tasting of Marsala wines becomes the common thread of a meeting to remember.
